After installation, your equipment will be serviced weekly to remove surplus cash, top up float levels and ensure your equipment is working to expectation.
All customers are provided with a technical helpline number to ensure assistance any time day or night. If you have a technical issue that can’t be solved over the phone, a service engineer will be with you the same day or at the very latest next day (time of call permitting). This ensures minimum equipment downtime and business disruption.
